Stephen Garget retires from the firm

5 Feb 2016 | BLOG

Stephen trained as a solicitor with a firm in Northallerton and on qualifying in 1974, joined the practice of Hunton & Garget and became a partner in 1977. Whilst Stephen was here, he had dealings with the Tax Commissioners for Richmondshire, acted as Duty Solicitor for the Richmond area and was a member of the Richmond Rotary Club and Lennox Lodge.

He also served as the Richmond Burgage Pasture Master for many years. In October 2015, Stephen retired after over 40 years practising in Richmond following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. He is now enjoying spending more time with his family and pursuing his hobbies of golf and fishing. We wish him all the best.
